Rajul Kadakia, Collaborative Director

Rajul Kadakia is a Collaborative Director where she focuses on Revenue Strategies, Special Events Strategies, Strategy & Planning, and Technology Solutions. At Capital Perception, she is a Director and a member of the Consumer Products and Services, Technology, and Social Enterprise practice groups.

She brings to the Our Voice more than 14 years of operating and consulting experience and has held various executive, investor, and board member positions with companies ranging from early stage to mid-size and large corporations spanning over several different industries.

Rajul's entrepreneurial hands-on experience coupled with her Fortune 50 background allows her to leverage her unique combination of superior analytical, communication, and management skills when delivering key insights and innovative solutions to address clients' most challenging issues. With an emphasis in corporate and competitive strategy, Rajul's extensive experience has gained her deep competence in the following areas: product portfolio optimization, cost structure breakdown, capability sourcing, valuation analysis, market research, financial analysis, pricing strategy, and business development.

Rajul currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Tulsi Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to powering small villages in India by leveraging alternative sources of energy. She is also an active member of the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA) and a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE), the world's largest non-profit organization promoting entrepreneurship with more than 11,000 members and 53 chapters worldwide.

Prior to joining Capital Perception, Rajul founded and successfully grew a memorabilia and specialty gift products company leveraging a distribution network including more than 120 online and retail stores worldwide. Earlier ventures include co-founding Iris Capital, a wealth management firm and Infotize, a market research company specializing in competitive intelligence and revenue growth opportunities.

Rajul's career began as a Financial Analyst at Howard Frazier Barker Elliott Inc., a valuation and financial advisory firm in Houston. She then joined an investment bank, Wheat First Union, as an Oil and Gas Equity Research Analyst. Ultimately, she accepted a position with Hewlett Packard as Manager of Business Operations and Planning for the Enterprise Server & Storage Division.
