Rebecca Noah Poynter, Senior Consultant

Rebecca Noah Poynter focuses on earned Special Events Strategy and Strategy & Planning. Ms. Noah Poynter has over 20 years of experience in public relations strategies, community relations, and corporate contributions at telecommunication and utility companies.

She has worked with clients to refine their message through the strategic planning process, enabling them to clearly communicate their mission, vision, and programs. She has also helped to develop media and public relation strategies that are easily implemented, guiding clients on the proper process and format. She has also spearheaded the communication and lobbying efforts to pass a bill through Congress that impacts military spouse business owners.

As the Director of Corporate Communications for AT&T Wireless, Ms. Noah Poynter directed public, media and employee communications for ten states. She created successful national and local community relations programs with major media impact, and was regularly quoted in newspapers throughout the country. Prior to working at AT&T Wireless, she served as Regional Public Relations Manager for PrimeCo (currently known as Verizon) and at Texas Utilities.

Ms. Noah Poynter's expertise allows clients to effectively communicate to their donors and target audience, increasing the success of a comprehensive development strategy. She has published articles in The Washington Post, The Dallas Morning News, and Inside Collin County Business.

Ms. Noah Poynter sits on the board of the Military Spouse Business Association, of which she is a co-founder. She is also a member of the National Press Club of Washington, D.C. and the Public Relations Vice President of the Annapolis Toastmasters.
